This is the last installment in my Prep Week Series of articles explaining how I will work with YOU, Fabulous Lady, once you enroll to achieve your goals!
There are so many programs, coaches, and products out there promising the world.
Time for some real talk...You need a program that solves your problems of weight gain for no freakin’ good reason, your jeans being tight in the waist and the ??, and the tiredness/stiffness/brain fogged feelings. I know you are tired of all that!
And I know this is not the first time you tried to lose weight.? But let me tell you lady, what worked for you in your 20’s and 30’s is not going to work for you now.? Your body is different and needs some love as it starts its midlife transition…which doesn’t mean old…it means FABULOUS!
So let me take you through what Prep Week looks like.? It’s focused on three areas:
Today it’s all about #3…what do YOU do and when?? (Links to the articles for #1 and #2 are in the comments.)
Schedule:? The first month we are getting you on a consistent schedule of eating.? When you eat well throughout the day, those nighttime binges and cravings go away!? Therefore you stay on plan, in your calorie range, with foods that nourish your body and soul…achieving hormone harmony!? You sleep better and more soundly, waking up less in the middle of the night because your gut isn’t busy digesting your late night ice cream craving.??
We also look at your calendar for things like vacation, business trips, holidays, anniversaries and work those into the strategy.? There is no “perfect time” where you can 100% follow the plan.? That’s not the point at all!? The point is to figure out how to eat while all that is going on!? Food is fun, family, and celebrations.? It can also be about stress, guilt, and overindulgence.? Those food pushers are everywhere.? But they don’t have to push YOU!
Body Detoxification: Safe and effective detoxing is part of Month 1. This isn't your everyday, average intermittent fasting. I'm talking about nutrient supported schedules that help your body due what it knows how to do!? Depending on where you are, I have several schedules and methods to detox that will help you lose dangerous inflammation, boost your HGH, reset your metabolism and love on your liver!??
By the end of Prep Week you are ready to roll!
You have a plan, you know what to get, your supplements are delivered and you can get started!??
I have a new client starting tomorrow who is SO EXCITED to get started. She emailed me this morning...."Everything is clear and doable! Thank You! I'm ready!"
Preparation is the key to success!? And yes, you need to invest time and thought into the process.? I make sure that you don’t get overwhelmed through it all and stay “eyes on the prize”…feeling like yourself again, only BETTER!
If this all sounds like too much, then I want you to think about how you feel everyday.? When you wake up, at 3pm, at 7pm.? Are you energized and excited, or exhausted needing a nap?

Or what’s the first thing you think about when someone says, let’s go to the pool or take a beach vacation.? Is it dread about putting on a swimsuit, hiding in pictures?
Look, most of us were not taught to eat.? We grew up in a time when microwaved meals were the norm.? And now with apps that magically deliver food right to our door, we can sit on the couch, eat and watch Netflix.? Or be on a first name basis with the drive through gal on your way home from work.
Is that what you want for yourself?? Or do you want to break generational ways of eating that aren’t serving your needs.? Discover what ignites your passion and stop living just through your kids and job?? Recognize that midlife is really your re-birth!? Your time is your own again and you can SHINE!
