Prep Week! Focus #2 Mindset & Goals

So, you know it’s time to do something ...your clothes are tight and uncomfortable, you are tired all the time, you don’t eat right and you are starting to feel the onslaught of joint pain, hot flashes, and brain fog that midlife brings.? There are all kinds of programs, let me tell you more about mine.??

#2 Mindset:? Where your mind goes, your body will follow.


Time to cast a vision for WHO you want to be.? I’m going to give you a short audio to listen to before you set your goals.? It’s titled, “Overcoming Imposter Syndrome”.? I help you work through the “Who am I to do this?” feelings.? When you identify the why and how and when of Imposter Syndrome coming up in your life, you can put strategies in place to stop it in its tracks.??


If you want to do something you have never done before, you have to become someone you have never been.


The second part of the video is an exercise around the concept of BE-Do-Have.? That future You 2.0, the one that has achieved what you want to achieve..she is out there waiting for you.? So how does she materialize?? If you do the things that she is doing, you will have the results she achieved, and therefore Be the person who she is ... .so let’s start Doing the Do!?


Goal Setting:


I have a few approaches to this.??


  1. You have a goal in mind and share it with me.? I adjust it for reasonableness and we go!
  2. You think back to a time when you felt really great, your clothes fit, you were ready for adventure…how long ago was that and what weight were you at?
  3. I love this one especially for women who want to lose more than 20 pounds.? It’s as simple as this…Celebrate every 5 pound loss! ??????.? Love yourself and your achievements, build that confidence.? And just keep going until you know it’s right! ??


As a professional women, you spend a lot of time goal setting…revenue, receivables, cash flow, investments.? You are managing millions of dollars…when was the last time you took that focus & intelligence and applied it to yourself??


For me, it was YEARS and I lost sight of who I was and what I wanted for my life.? It’s my mission to make sure that YOU don’t do the same!?
