Prep Week in Fatigued to Fabulous!

Prep Week!

It's an exciting time! But what exactly do we do?? I’ve been going through this with new clients this week and it’s been so much fun.? I love the enthusiasm each client brings to the process as they get their custom roadmap and realize that it’s totally achievable to get back that “in control” feeling and feel confident that it’s going to work this time!? I’m with you every step of the way!? We accomplish this in 2 different 1 on 1? Zoom sessions with some work by the client in between.?


Once you enroll in "Fatigued to Fabulous", we focus in 3 areas:


  1. Shopping for Supplements and Foods to support Month 1
  2. Mindset and Goal Setting
  3. Your Monthly and Daily Schedule


Let’s talk about #1.??


Supplements:? Smart supplementation is key to restore nutritional deficiencies.? It’s faster and brings relief sooner, and it’s a much simpler approach. I have two companies that I use.? If you have supplements, I’ll take a look at the labels.? Not every Magnesium or B vitamin is the same.? Lots are packed with sugar and not very absorbable. ? But if they are good quality, you can use some of the supplements you already have.? In a lot of cases, I’m going to ask you to purchase new because I’m sure of the quality and I can get you on a baseline that I can coach from.? I don’t see what you eat and drink every day, but if I lay out a plan with products I know and trust, it’s that much easier to mitigate any changes necessary.?


Nutrition:? You get a Optimized food list, a schedule and recipes.? Depending on where you are on your journey is how I’m going to set up your plan.? The food list is very clean, hormone friendly, and anti-inflammatory, and what you should be following 80% of the time.?


?“Master 3” is the mantra in terms of recipes.? I ask you to master 3 things, and then move onto 3 more.? Like making a great breakfast smoothie, one snack, and one dinner.? Maybe this takes you a week, maybe 2.? It’s all progress! ??


Let’s also talk about Calories.? Calories are king.? It’s math.? You can’t get away from it.? You have to be in a nutritional deficit to lose weight.? This is the foundation of the multi-layered approach I teach you to reach your goals. ? I’ll ask you to track your food as you are eating right now, no changes, for 1 weekday and 1 weekend day…more if you like.? And I will use a calorie calculator.? Between the two we will get a reasonable range for weight loss and set your daily protein target.? Starting week 2 or 3 I’ll ask you to start logging your food at least 1 day a week if I think you can handle it.? Again, I will meet you where you are at.?

The long-term goal is understanding portions and what makes up a balanced meal so that you keep the weight off and are fueling your body for optimized health.? Food tracking is a VERY effective short-term tool.? And during 1 on 1 coaching, I use it to do Food Log reviews to help you make better choices.? But again, it depends on the person.? Some clients go all the way until month 3 before they start tracking.?


Smoothies and Shakes:? Such an important tool.? “Liquid Before Lunch” is a cornerstone of my program.? Why?


  1. You are dehydrated in the morning and need to kick start your water intake..??
  2. Many of you are highly stressed which negatively impacts your digestion and skyrockets blood sugar for energy.? Smoothies are easily digestible, have low glycemic carbs, healthy fats, and high-quality protein that your body needs.
  3. Smoothies are a great way to pack in the nutrients you need to start the day!


Plus YOU Beautiful ladies are Busy, with a capital B!? Shakes and smoothies are a simple and fast way to get you eating on a schedule, getting in your nutrients, and enough protein.? This helps with EVERYTHING including getting rid of those pesky cravings!? I love Plant based and will guide you through your choices.? Some you can mix and drink, others you can be more creative.? It’s up to you!??

  3. I’m your coach.? I’m going to ask you to do new things, so you can achieve a new result.? I’m in your corner, every step of the way.? If you need less or more support, you let me know and that’s what we do.? But I am going to challenge you while I support you.? Challenge long held beliefs, challenge when you say no.? But that’s why my clients come to me!? Knowledge and Accountability!
