As Mr.Catalin Teodoriu told to me,the design of the thread connection is too old.My clarification reply is that we have process the premium threading connection which was used for the heavy oil well,and we also have the special threading connection for the geothermal well.

Description of the premium connection:MS-1T

1-MS-1T is the premium threading connection with metal to metal gas tight.

2-Adopt special seal structure of end face and seal ring with good seal performance; the gas seal performance of VIC is improved;

3-Adopt torque shoulder bearing the combined load, which improves the compression resistance, over torque resistance and bending resistance of thread connector;

4-The inner bore of pipe body adopts streamline angle and the inner bore of coupling is strictly controlled which reduces the turbulence and energy loss of the inner bore of the coupling;

5-The wider torque and higher over torque resistance have ensured the reliability of thread connection. Especially, in case of complex condition, such as tubing or casing blocked, the higher torque angle can rotate the pipe body to solve the complex situation which ensures the operation safety of pipe down hole.
