Several Premiership Rugby clubs have joined together to back an initiative aiming to improve the health and wellbeing of fans.

Starting this month, Bath Rugby, Newcastle Falcons, Northampton Saints, Saracens and Wasps will be launching an online course titled Move Like A Pro, in collaboration with the Movember Foundation, which gives men tips to lead happier, healthier, longer lives.

Fans signing up for the initiative will be to access 12-week direct delivery programmes designed by trainers and nutritionists, while the five professional clubs will deliver training sessions at their home grounds.

“The rugby community has raised masses of funds and awareness for men’s health over the years, and we look forward to them enjoying and benefiting from this exciting new programme,” said county director UK at Movember Foundation Sarah Coghlan.

Wasps’ Guy Thompson and Saracens coach Alex Sanderson are two figures from the Premiership who have given their backing to the initiative
