To celebrate this year’s International Women’s Day, and this year’s theme to #EmbraceEquity, our company is demonstrating through data how we are supporting the development of its women associates globally and creating opportunities for them to hold or progress into senior roles.
As of March 1, 2023, 61% of senior leadership positions within Preferred Travel Group’s family of brands are occupied by women associates. The following breakdown of the company’s composition shows how development and retention of talent, in addition to recruitment, are driving equitable employment at the company:
