With that in mind, we are thrilled to unveil our latest feature, the Preferred Pilot Alert (PPA).?

What is Preferred Pilot Alert?

The PPA feature gives operators the ability to curate a select list of their most trusted and favored pilots. If you aren't always interested in broadcasting a trip request to all pilots on our platform, you can now send trip details directly to your "preferred pilots" - a previously vetted group. Instead of texting, calling, or emailing your preferred pilots individually, quickly create a trip and find out who is available and interested within minutes!

The Advantages of Preferred Pilot Alert:

1. Time-savings: PPA significantly reduces the time spent messaging pilots and sifting through responses. You can instantly connect with pilots you already trust and know that they are available for a trip.?
2. Trust and Familiarity: With PPA, you're hiring someone you've had positive experiences with in the past, and who has likely been previously approved by your insurance company.?
3. Consistency: Flying with pilots you know ensures a level of consistency. They are already familiar with your preferences, needs, and the specific quirks of your aircraft, whether it's a PC-12 or a PC-24.
4. Free: This is a completely free feature that is available immediately for all PC-12 and PC-24 Operators to set-up!

How Does It Work?

1. Setting Up Your Preferred List: If you are interested, contact us by sending an email to [email protected]. We will work together to make your Preferred Pilots available to you.?
2. Creating a Trip: When you create a new trip, you'll have the option to send the trip details to all pilots on Flying Company, or just your selected Preferred Pilots (see image above).
3. Feedback and Updates: As you create more trips and work with different pilots, Flying Company will work with you and your flight department to add or remove pilots from your Preferred Pilots list as you see fit.?
