Work included: Tree removal, parking lot demo, shoring wall, deep excavations & backfill for building foundations, underground utilities – water, sanitary & storm, concrete curbs & sidewalks include sublease, asphalt paving including subbase, bioretention basin, modular block retaining wall and landscaping.?
• Nexgistics Pembroke, NY: Site work package performed for Montante Construction. Development for 10+ acres of raw land for the new 140,000 sq ft new building. Work included: land clearing, soil erosion controls, earthwork cuts and fills/grading, trench and backfill for foundation walls, underground utilities – water, sanitary & storm, bioretention basin, subbase for concrete curbs & sidewalks, sublease and asphalt paving for parking areas.
• Corning Tropel, Fairport, NY:? Site work package performed for Pike Company. Development for a 14,000 sf addition. Work included: site prep, new utilities, parking lot and site improvements. We also had our in house masonry crew on this project working on the foundations and above ground masonry.?
