Predictive Models for VCs investment

I came across this great article on the World Economic Forum website that showcases how VCs have finally looked to predictive analytic to help them make better decisions in backing a winning horse. The article echos the sentiment how it is ironic that the players who fueled the analytics space are the last to adopt it themselves. I would love to see how this model could be expanded to take into account the psychometric profile of the founders of these enterprises and see how that correlates to success.
