1. Check if the aluminum equipment is functioning properly, if all operating components are at the origin, if the sliding plate is wet, if the limit switch of the sensing device is moving, if the fasteners (screws) are loose, if the circulating cooling water is turned on, if the oil volume is sufficient, if the oil temperature is normal, and if the oil pump sounds the same. Is the work rate normal. Is the action conversion normal.
2. Check the condition of the aluminum ingot furnace (refer to the first article), the heating condition of the extrusion shaft and aluminum extrusion cylinder, and the fluctuation of the heating instrument. Operation status of traction machine, material bed, and rear equipment. Are all types of operators at the work site equipped with metal tools (molds, mats, cakes, pins, iron clips, hammers, pliers, cranes, screwdrivers, pry bars, insulation wool, plastic tools, etc.)? Are the work site fixed and the aluminum extrusion mold heating furnace functioning properly. Are various quenching and cooling fans running. Whether various measuring instruments are perfect and correct.

Confidentiality should be maintained for external personnel without leaders as companions. Coordinate production, team members, and pay attention to orderly connections between various processes.
4. Master the production content, production regulations, production sequence, and make corresponding and authentic data records during production. The handwriting should be clear and the production date should be clearly marked, so that it can be reviewed, traced, referenced, and introduced. Prepare and be familiar with the drawings, tables, materials, documents, etc. for producing aluminum profiles in advance.
