Loaders are mechanical equipment, mainly used for the collection, transportation, construction and loading of crushed stone and soil materials in various mines, hydropower and tunnel projects, such as phosphate, iron, copper, gold, silver, lead and zinc, coal mine tunnels, etc., and are used for tunnel mining operations in narrow spaces. What should I pay attention to after starting the loader?
(1) After the loader engine is started, wait until the brake pressure reaches the appropriate pressure before preparing to start, so as to ensure the stability of braking during driving. If there is an emergency brake, press the emergency parking brake valve button (the button can only be pressed when the pressure reaches the allowable starting pressure, otherwise it will automatically jump up when pressed), release the emergency and parking brakes, and then start in I gear. If there is no emergency brake, just put down the parking brake handle and release the parking brake to start.
(2) Clear the faulty objects on the road, and pay attention to obstacles such as iron blocks and ditches to avoid cutting the tires.
(3) Adjust the rearview mirror so that the driver can have a good field of view after sitting.
(4) Ensure that the loader's horn, reverse signal light, and safety device can work properly.

(5) When you are about to start or when you are checking whether the steering is flexible to the left and right, you should honk the horn first to alert people around you.
(6) Before starting, you should test the control handle, pedals, and steering wheel to make sure they are in normal condition before starting to work. Pay attention to check whether the steering and brakes are intact. Only start to run after making sure that the steering and brakes are completely normal.
(7) When moving, place the bucket about 400mm above the ground. When working on a slope in a mountainous area or crossing obstacles such as ditches, you should slow down, turn a small angle, and be careful to avoid tipping. When the loading surface begins to slide to one side on a steep slope, it must be unloaded to avoid further sliding.
8) Avoid too many tires and excessive slipping during operation; avoid two wheels hanging in the air as much as possible, and do not allow only two wheels to touch the ground and continue to operate.
(9) When working as a tractor, it is only allowed to be connected to the traction device. No one is allowed to stand between the towed object and the loader, and a corresponding distance must be maintained to avoid accidents.
The above are the points to pay attention to after the loader is started. If you want to know more information, you can leave me a message!
