12.3 Board Oversight [PAGE 88] - In order to measure the effectiveness of AML and CFT training, the financial institution could consider it appropriate to incorporate an exam or some form of assessment into its ongoing training programme, either as part of the periodic training provided to employees or during the intervening period between training.
