Job Description :
·????????Min. 2+ Years of experience in product pitch , demonstration , strategic solution designing?
·????????Min 2+ years of experience in Enterprise client handling, relationship management, key account management.?
·????????Min 2+ Year of experience in handling business partner, reseller ecosystem or its knowledge
·????????Good understanding and experience of Agile methodology and DevOps practices?
·????????Strong Technical understanding and development technical solutioning for DevSecOps pitch to Enterprise Clients.
·????????Strong understanding of GitLab, Jenkin, Database and another DevOps and SecOps tool chain?
·????????Appointment scheduling,?preparation, and?presentation to clients
·????????Knowledge or understanding of CRM or any portal for?sales?tracking.
·????????Quick learner (DevOps learning, Key skills or technical understanding)
·????????Willing for client visit whenever required (Mainly it is executive selling so meeting with client executive is very specific)
·????????Good planner and follower of business plan, Regular business pipeline updates to management and weekly dashboards?preparation
·????????Should be target oriented and lead, manage business pipeline independently.?
·????????Incentive driven renumeration system for entire business unit?
?High-level Roles and Responsibility:
?Generating revenue from?DevOps Solutioning?using OEM toolchains (IBM, RedHat, DB Maestro, GitLab, AWS, AZURE and so on)
·????????Solution Definition, Design as per client requirement and provide demonstration for the same
·????????Designing and Implementing the said POC for defined DevOps Solution to the client?

·????????Writing SoW and Proposal along with Solution Architecture, responding to RFP
·????????Creating Delivery Plan for execution?
·????????Manage Lead generation independently or along with OEM?
·????????Negotiation and Dealing with Client executive?
·????????Co-ordination with OEM Channel?
·????????Co-ordination with OEM Distribution
·????????Generating Quotation and Negotiating final value with End Client executive
·????????Processing Purchase Order to Internal with Distribution Team
·????????Taking complete ownership of Solutioning and getting client satisfaction survey?
·????????Client Feedback for implementation?
·????????Alignment with Delivery Team for smooth execution of solution.?
·????????Timely Payment follow-up and collection
