XC8112/XC8113 series are 2ch load switch IC with ideal diode function. These ICs perform regulation control to ensure that their VOUT pin voltage is a value of VIN - 20mV, so they can suppress heat generation to a greater extent than general diodes. This makes it possible to easily achieve an output voltage OR circuit, and to reduce battery consumption for backup purposes. Also, by connecting 2ch load switches in parallel, it can be used as a high current load switch load switch/low Ron load switch.

(1) Ideal diode function for longer battery life

• Significantly reduced VF (only 20 mV!) compared to SBDs (VF=0.4 V)
• Reduced leakage current (almost zero) from VOUT to Vin compared to SBD (several μA ~ several 100 μA)
