ANAB is finalizing an accreditation program based on ISO/IEC 17021-1 for certification of organizations conforming with the ISO 37301 Compliance management systems - Requirements with guidance for use.
ISO 37301 specifies requirement for setting up, developing, implementing, assessing, maintaining and improving an effective Compliance Management System (CMS), to demonstrate its commitment to comply with relevant laws, regulatory requirements, industry codes and organizational standards. ISO 37301 is designed to be used globally, and by any organization in the public, private, or voluntary sectors.
Accreditation
ISO 37301 will be a base standard within ANAB management systems accreditation programs. The program will be based on ISO/IEC 17021-1 with ISO/IEC TS 17021-13, as well as relevant ANAB Accreditation Rules will apply.
Pre-Launch Discount
CBs that commit with payment by 24 June 2022 to applying for accreditation for ISO 37301 will have a discounted application fee of $3500 instead of the regular application fee of $5000. Any CB wishing to take advantage of this special offer must submit notice of its intent to Tai Ping Su at [email protected] with payment of $3500 no later than 24 June 2022. Please contact Tai for further payment instructions. CBs not currently accredited by ANAB for ISO/IEC 17021-1 should review the initial accreditation process outlined on ANAB’s website and contact Natalia Larrimer at [email protected] for more information. The pre-launch discount is specific to ISO 37301 application for accreditation and does not include the initial ISO/IEC 17021-1 application fee.
