#newdaynewchapter is a Blog narrative started on March 1, 2021 co-founded by Kishore Shintre & Sonia Bedi, to write a new chapter everyday for making "Life" and not just making a "living"
Spiritual Guru to thousands across the globe, Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui developed and founded two major schools; Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga. The two schools that are inextricably connected, yet also have distinct personalities. In Pranic Healing, the individual uses subtle energy and the knowledge of the energy body and the chakras to heal physical and psychological ailments. Arhatic Yoga, the higher school, is connected with the spiritual growth of the person and the development of the soul.
Arhatic Yoga has been called the “Synthesis of Yoga’s”, which means that it contains the essential ‘inner’ teachings of all the major schools of yoga. GMCKS would often reiterate that with diligent practice of Arhatic Yoga, the soul may achieve Arhatship or Self-Realisation within one’s lifetime. In other traditions, an Arhat is known as an Arihant or a Paramahansa. His students have validated his teachings, just as he instructed — never follow a belief blindly — and benefit by living healthier, happier and more purposeful lives, while working diligently to alleviate their surroundings as well.
While Pranic Healing is open for everybody, Arhatic Yoga is for spiritual students who want to go deeper into the priceless esoteric teachings that are unlocked with each course. Grand Master Choa Kok Sui was born in 1952 in the Philippines into a wealthy family that owned several businesses, but he lived the life of an ascetic. Master Choa’s mission was to systematise the world of energy healing in to a comprehensive structured body of knowledge, that was devoid of superstitious beliefs and ancient unsubstantiated rituals. This became the purpose and mission of his lifetime and eventually his great contribution to mankind.
Over 30 years of research, GMCKS formulated new concepts and techniques that helped explain energy healing as a practical science. He spent a lifetime in this detailed study, refinement, validation and testing of prana, leaving us the legacy and incredible benefits of his work, in Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga. Apart from his spiritual life, Grandmaster was a successful businessman, a scientist, an author and a family man with four children.
He released his first book, “Miracles Through Pranic Healing” in 1987. This book has since been translated in over 35 languages and is considered a standard work in energy sciences worldwide. As of today, Pranic Healing has spread to over 120 countries worldwide and is a part of several educational institutions, medical schools and government bodies. Tailor-made for students actively on the spiritual path, Master Choa has developed a system of practices that leads to greater soul realization. Arhatic Yoga, the higher school of Pranic Healing, is non-sectarian, and can be practiced by people of many different faiths and backgrounds.
This fantastic synthesis of various yogic practices, introduces the disciple to a variety of methods devised to safely accelerate spiritual growth, at the student’s own pace and impetus, while pursuing a normal life. Initially trained as a chemical engineer, students often refer Master Choa as a "scientist of the soul." This scientific orientation enabled him to carefully systematize the techniques of Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga. Pragmatic, detail-oriented and with immense clarity — these, along with many qualities reflected in his teachings were the offshoots of his scientist’s mind.
People often wonder how an astute, self-made businessman and adept scientist could be an enlightened guru. These are the qualities that make Master Choa a unique spiritual teacher for a modern era. Teaching with great patience, humour and love, Master Choa was the epitome of the balance of Divine light, love and will. The dynamic style of Master Choa Kok Sui's teaching is reflected in the direct, uncluttered style of his writings. By reading his books, a reader may attain a greater understanding of the Master's unique technology for rapidly achieving a higher degree of Oneness with their Soul. To understand Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui better, we encourage you to read ‘Origins of Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga’ available at the office. This book gives a first hand glimpse into the life & vision of Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui.
There is an umbrella organisation at Philippines at Manila. In India the India HQ of World Pranic Healing Foundation is at Bangalore. Nearly all states have a state level foundation. In addition there are Instructors in most major towns. The instructors are affiliated to the respective state foundations. For individuals, training can start at the Basic Level with any of the recognised instructors. Do check on the WPHF Website for authenticity of the instructor else the certificate you get may not be valid for attending higher courses.
Pranic healing is a form of natural healing where we use the energy of the psychic-spiritual and light particles that surround us and through them, harmonize and balance aspects between your body and mind. Pranic Healing has shown itself to be very effective against negative energies such as evil eye which can lead to illnesses among humans, animals, plants or any other form of life. It has also enhanced our creativity in performing such arts such as painting or music more powerfully than before. The most striking aspect about it is how effective this treatment is across borders without regards to age differences. What's even more astonishing is the low cost factor with little to no side-effects at all.

Also to specifically learn the art of pranic healing endorsed by Choa Kok Sui, you can start with the basics taught in his book, The Science of Pranic Healing. You can also find many online resources and classes that teach pranic healing. However, it is important to note that not all teachings or methods claiming to be "pranic healing" are authentically from Choa Kok Sui or based on his original teachings. It is best to find an accredited instructor or school to learn from to ensure you are learning authentic pranic healing methods.
Some say why do you want to go to a compounder when doctor is available. Chao kok sui has hardly touched upon pranic healing. The mother science is prana vidya. It is elaborate and systematic approach towards taming prana. Healing is just a byproduct. Chao kok sui methods are incomplete. People following get some result which is evident as without undergoing correct process one can handle prana in less intensive way. This is the reason why reiki practitioners take days to heal a person. Prana vidya practitioners can heal in minutes.
All such things like PH have two facets - the Science part and the Art. Science is simple to learn. One can contact the local foundation (most Indian States have), and find out the closest instructor. Now how you master the Art is what makes you a good or not so good practitioner. That will need one’s etheric purity, Character Building and certain norms to be followed, which some find difficult to manage, though they are not very tough. The healers first try to scan the negative and diseased energy on the body of the patient who has to be in a receptive state. After identification, the healers can then remove that negative energy by channelling the respective chakras (energy centres) of the body. Then they transfer the positive energy which later will help in the healing process.
A normal healing session at her centre can last up to 35 to 40 minutes, but it depends on how deep the pain is, she says. For instance, a patient suffering from cold and cough can be healed with just two sessions, while for the patients suffering from heart problems, it may take numerous sessions. Choa Kuk Sui died at early age of 53. Firstly it wasn't diabetes ; it was a heart ailment most likely. Secondly how does it make any difference at what age did he die. What matters is what did he do when he was alive; did it help others? Did he leave world a better place? Death comes when it comes; we have to look at life.
Paramahansa Yogananda died at age of 59 due to heart failure; Swami Vivekananda died at 39 due to rupture to a blood vein inside the brain. Adi shankaracharya died really early too. There are numerous catholic saints who died early. People say all saints knew they will leave early & indirectly mentioned this to people who were close; that is same case with Master Choa. Mahatma Gandhi taught nonviolence all his life; and his end happened before time with violence, why? Probably because it was his karma of injury to work out in this lifetime. Longevity of life depends on our karma, roles what we have to play in this life or divine plan. Everything that happens is part of divine plan & its for the best for everyone in longer term. Master Choa kok sui is my guru, he changed my life. Dr Edward Bach - founder of Bach flower remedies died when he was 50; just an year after he finished his work. With the great people its not about longevity; its about how much they have done for benefit of mankind.
I think it is better to refer to their website for a course description than to merely repeat it here. Especially since it is trademarked. What immediately strikes me is that it is a two days course. You are not going to learn clairvoyance in two days. You might learn some techniques and theory, but I doubt it will be very useful unless you are already clairvoyant, and looking for brushing up on your skills. If you are, then there are better alternatives like arranging supervision with others within the field.
The course does require that you finished other advanced courses, and they seem to be two days all of them. That will give you 14 days of education prior to your clairvoyance course and set you back around. If the courses are the usual eight hours a day, you have around 224 hours of training in kundalini yoga and other pranic techniques prior to your clairvoyance course. Chances are that if you have a knack for clairvoyance, you have already developed it during all the kundalini training that is required. In that case, I guess the course could make sense at an introductory level, but not as a serious clairvoyance course. I think they should call it something else.
If you want to work with clairvoyance then I would go for a course specializing in that. There is nothing wrong with taking some of the courses over at the pranic healers, but maybe you can also find something cheaper and more in tune with a tradition elsewhere. The techniques to work with prana can be found in the Tantric Prana Vidya tradition and if you are a DIY kind of person then you could pick up this book Prana Pranayama Prana Vidya. It contains all the techniques you need to work with prana, but don’t do it unless you are a robust person.
In general, all of the methods for kundalini awakening, working with prana, and clairvoyance are quite simple and in the public domain. Beware of secret teachings, it is usually just a marketing trick. A right therapy backed by lots of meditation. Practice values and that’s the healing for self and others. Death is a spiritual process to workout karma. Each and every being has to go through. So what if Master has gone through. Pranic Healing is not intended to replace allopathic medicine, but rather to complement it. If symptoms persist or the ailment is severe, please immediately consult a Certified Pranic Healer.Pranic Healers are not Medical Doctors, but Medical Doctors can be Pranic Healers. Pranic Healers should not make medical diagnosis. Pranic Healing doctors should not prescribe medications and/or Medical treatment. Pranic Healers should not interfere with the prescribed medications and/or with Medical Treatments. Cheers!
