Practicing UML in the Agile World.

UML ... Unified Modeling Language .. an easy to use modeling language to document "what" and "how" part of the system. Few years back there was a boom on using UML via tools like Rational Rose, StarUML, Enterprise Sparx, Rational Software Modeler, and many such more tools.
With Agile software development, UML is not sufficient it seems. Business Analysts may use UML models to showcase the overall behavior at a 30,000 feet but the development teams may not interpret the UML diagrams and get stuck. Development teams use diagrams to share information BUT they do not follow the UML notations as such.
Please share in your views/thoughts if you are still practicing UML and find it beneficial.
