Practicing Mindfulness with Meditation
Practicing mindfulness and meditation has had such a positive impact in my life, I made myself a 21 day series and I am sharing it here with you. This is a 21 day guided meditation series meant to connect you to everything that is already available to you, through the power of MINDSET.
This is what we call infinite potential. We are essentially training and conditioning the mind, similarly to the way a body builder trains and conditions their muscles with consistent exercise in the gym.
The following meditations will use a series of simple techniques such as breathing, relaxation, positive suggestion and hypnosis to clear out and influence the subconscious mind. We will replace negative programming and unproductive clutter with positive, productive thought processes. You will leave this meditation challenge with a systematic way of positive thinking so that the changes can continue even after the challenge has been completed. Please note, meditation does not stop when the challenge stops.
There are many forms of meditations you may explore after this series. I suggest you find a method that works best for you that you may continue for the foreseeable future. Next you may try to practice silent meditations, guided meditations and walking meditations regularly.
