Practice leads to get better every day

Practice silence for greater clarity

  • Use 10 minutes of meditation in the morning to set the mindset for the day.
  • Based on your schedule and what’s needed to be accomplished today, define a focus.
  • Set the right intention.
  • Use your notes and write ideas.

Alternative:

  • If you are not an early bird, and you don’t fall asleep in a minute, you can imagine your next day in a peaceful, calm, warm bed environment in the evening.

Stay relaxed but attentive in your silence

  • Once you get relaxed, the silence will lower your stress, you’ll gain clarity. New insights will come into your mind. 
  • You’ll get better every day.
  • You’ll stumble upon new levels of consciousness, a new way of feeling, and new horizons.
  • Your achievements will be amplified and deepened over time.
  • You need to find a balance between your relaxation and your attentiveness.
  • Find the posture that suits you the best.
  • Close your eyes or look at beautiful pictures of sunrise.

Make truthful affirmations

  • An affirmation is simply a written statement that directs your focus towards something of value.
  • Lying yourself will not help.


Craft your affirmations as commitments

Affirmation equation:

  • 1. Affirm what are you committed to
  • 2. Why this is so important to you? Reinforce, remind yourself. Depending on how meaningful it really is, right? That's going to determine how much leverage you have over yourself to actually do the things necessary to get you there
  • 3. Affirm what specifically you're committed to doing that will ensure your success, right? So what are the activities you're committed to that will ensure your success?
  • 4. When specifically are you committed to implementing those activities?


Use visualization to motivate yourself

  • Visualization is one of the best tools to motivate yourself.
  • Visualization prepares you mentally and emotionally before you even have a chance to show in practice what can you do.
  • Do not visualize the end results. Visualize the steps. The activity.
  1. Boost your energy with morning exercise
  2. Read a few pages each day
  3. Clarify your priorities by journaling

Write in the morning three things you are grateful for, and the three most important things that you need to do today to make today a great day.

 And the most important

Appreciate your current place in the journey.
