Practice gratitude for achieving the "Next Level" performance.

It is easy to lose the excitement of being a rookie and get into the zone of being a successful person.

After a certain stage, whatever you do, is a debate or a celebration. And when you keep proving your talent and worth, constantly, the achievements become tasteless.

You don't know what happiness of achievement feels like anymore.

?You start undermining your achievements, no matter how great they are.

You know it's a feat in itself but you have become numb to success.

What do you do when you are in this mindset where no new achievements bring peace and happiness to your mind?

Katie Holmes said that "Success is only 20% talent."

So where does your 80 percent effort lies?

It lies in the environment you create for yourself to perform at high standards always.

So, how do you feel the happiness of achieving anything new?

Practice gratitude.

Gratitude recounts all the work you put in, to make things happen.

Be grateful for-

The people who joined you on this journey.

They are an amazing bunch and skilled at getting out your best performance from you. Whether they directly worked with you, as a support staff, or as your personal support squad, always express gratitude.

The places that inspired you.

The trips whether they were for work or pleasure, the sceneries that inspired you, the thoughts and emotions that were evoked within you to find inspiration and keep the momentum going.

The universe which is on your side.

You set your intentions and the universe works its magic to bring the inputs for you to work with. The universe is super connected with you and has kept rewarding you, with opportunities to pull your greatness, out from you, every single time.

Often while expressing gratitude, you will feel a surge of emotions.

Recollection of memories may not be as intense as the experience of the actual moment that conspired all this, but remembering how far you have come, will bring a sense of achievement and the happiness that you didn't find within you.

And what do you do when you actually start feeling the happiness of your achievements?

1. Slow down to take a breather for yourself. Recoup, rejuvenate and refresh yourself.

2. Celebrate with people that you love and want to.
