• Practice Transitions Group served as the exclusive advisor for a well-respected aesthetic and wellness practice known for its exceptional reputation and diverse revenue sources, primarily from injectable treatments. With strong growth in laser treatments, wellness services, and room for expansion in an adjacent space, the seller found a partnership that will continue to drive the practice's success while the seller maintains her clinical focus.
• Practice Transitions Group facilitated the sale of a comprehensive, multi-provider healthcare practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
