Single location Real Estate Deals

  • Dr. Noor Mansouri and Dr. Nikolas Amini purchased commercial real estate at 7975 FM 78 San Antonio, TX 78244. Rusty Hutson of Practice Real Estate Group represented them in additionally securing their first tenant lease with Tens Unlimited. Mark Lemmons of eXp Realty represented the tenant.?

  • Bee Cave Family Dentistry leased 2,939 SF at the Beansprouts Building, 13917 W State Hwy 71, Suite 200, Bee Cave, TX 78738. Todd Stanley of Practice Real Estate Group represented the tenant and Joe Connors of McAllister & Associates represented the landlord.

  • Veterinary Innovative Solutions purchased 3,300 SF at 6444 W Belmont Ave, Unit B, Chicago, IL 60634. Reed Wrisley of Practice Real Estate Group represented the buyer and Sam Silveira of The Cawthon Labriola Group represented the seller.?

  • ProSalutem leased 2,207 SF at Northpoint Medical Arts, 12606 Greenville Ave, Suite 100, Dallas, TX 75243. Dylan Macon of Practice Real Estate Group represented the landlord and Nathaniel Barrett of Barrett Urban Development represented the tenant.

  • Dr. Neal Bhatt leased 2,101 SF at The Park, 112 Greenhill Ln, Suite 120, Fate, TX 75087. Dylan Macon of Practice Real Estate Group represented the tenant and Charlie Terrell of Ramston Capital represented the landlord.
  • North Texas Concierge Medicine leased 1,423 SF at 1400 N Coit Rd, Suite 1401, McKinney, TX 75071. Dylan Macon of Practice Real Estate Group represented the tenant and Tito Martinez of Legacy Commercial Realty represented the landlord.

Crescent Parc is located on the NE corner of Coit Road and Prestwick Hollow Drive just south of U.S. Hwy 380 in McKinney.

Multi-Location Real Estate Deals

DECA Dental Group , a leading Dental Service Organization based in Dallas, Texas, continues its rapid growth with over 70 offices across the state, including brands like Ideal Dental. Committed to making quality and affordable dental care accessible, DECA emphasizes ongoing training, education, and mentoring for all its doctors, ensuring exceptional care for the hundreds of patients visiting daily.

  • DECA Dental leased 2,200 SF at Las Entradas (Hwy 290 & Tillgang Pass) in Manor, TX. Thomas Allen and Macie Morris Robinson of Practice Real Estate Group represented the tenant and Connor Lammert of Endeavor Real Estate Group represented the landlord.

Thrive Medical Clinic, with locations in North Austin and Leander, offers a comprehensive range of primary care services, including cancer screenings, well-woman exams, chronic disease management, STI testing, sick visits, weight loss management, minor procedures, hormone therapy, and vaccinations.

Our successes extend beyond real estate—our team has been thriving in practice sales as well. Here’s a recent highlight:

DFW Metropolitan Area Practice Sale

Michael Platt served as the exclusive sell-side representation of a well-established practice in the booming Dallas-Fort Worth area. This healthcare provider has been serving DFW families since 1983 under the same ownership, and its growth potential was a key factor in the sale. With a steadily increasing patient base, this practice presented an attractive opportunity for its new owners. The beautiful building was also part of the transaction.

Austin-area MedSpa Owner's Successful Transition

Thomas Allen and Lauren Wheeler also served as the exclusive sell-side representation of an Austin area med spa. The seller wanted a buyer who would allow her to continue contributing to the business while stepping back from management duties. With her national presence and industry contacts, she is now positioned to focus on growth as an employee and potential investor, alongside the new ownership.

These successful transactions underscore our dedication to aligning our clients with buyers who share their values and vision, ensuring smooth transitions and continued growth.
