Practical application is where the magic happens

This week we're going all in!

I've taken the past 4 weeks' newsletter content - presence, awareness, brainwaves, stress - and challenged myself to put all that into a practical application.

And that's not even all - I felt called to share this in a video...so here we go! Below is a 18-minute video where I invite you to work with me, on a level of thought and apply the above themes to shift our thought patterns to the 'good' end.

In this video, I've chosen thoughts around imposter syndrome because it's been in my field of awareness lately, however you can choose any thought that you'd like to change. We'll observe that and I'll give you a few pointers and food for thought how to shift that pattern.

This video contains the fundamental ingredients for effective leadership of self - this is where leadership starts. I hope you take the time to watch the below - you can also have it in the background while you're cooking etc - and allow your awareness to take what is needed for you at this point of time.
