(PPG 2024 WRAPPED)

I don’t know about you, but I couldn’t care less what the next person listened to for 34,982 minutes on Spotify in 2024.

The funny takes on this trend that have popped up all over Instagram, I am however very much here for, and naturally had to jump on the bandwagon too!

I made the decision to launch Percival Property Group at the start of August. It feels like it was at once an eternity ago, and also just yesterday.

By early September, we were licensed to trade and we haven’t taken our foot off the pedal since!

We’ve listed, we’ve sold, we’ve learned how to run a business as a team and we’ve made it to our final week in the office before we taking a well-earned Christmas break!

While we’re on the topic, our last weekend of open homes for 2025 will be Saturday, December 21. Our office will reopen on Monday, January 6th, but we are always just a phone call or email away!

Now, back to the fun stuff! We spent far too much time coming up with our version of Spotify Wrapped… enjoy!

Ah the old blower - I suppose it’s safe to say that I spend more time on the phone than not.

It’s a big part of a job, but our whole team agrees - I’m a certified yapper and if there is the opportunity to chat on the phone rather than send a text or an email, I’ll take it!

Opening a new business, I accounted for an initial downturn - boy was I wrong!

The show of support and trust in Percival Property Group from day one was overwhelming!

I’d like to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who reached out to acknowledge this huge leap of faith, whether it was a comment on social media, stopping by the office for a chat or signing a Form 6. It means the world.

The year might be coming to an end, but until we’re sitting at The Tropic drinking lychee martinis on the day before Christmas Eve, our team is still on the tools, running inspections and preparing contracts.

They say if you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far, go together. I’m not one for sentimental quotes, but PPG wouldn’t exist without my team.

Each member excels in their individual role, but watching them take on new tasks and challenges to ensure every day runs smoothly has been incredible!

It’s no secret that we work hard, but we love nothing more than having fun along the way.

Our group chat is mostly dog photos and funny reels, a lot of ripping into each other and a bit of serious business.
