Our recent Solhyd team day in Antwerp was nothing short of inspiring. Led by our founders Jan Rongé and Tom Bosserez , the event kicked off with a TED-talk-worthy speech that left us all motivated and energised. With his opening question, “What are you doing here?”, Jan challenged us to reflect deeply on our purpose and the unique mission of Solhyd:

As part of our day, we visited CMB.TECH , a pioneer in hydrogen infrastructure, to learn about the technology and innovations that are powering the future of energy.

A unique team

A cooking workshop brought us closer together, and it wasn’t just about food - it was about teamwork, creativity, and sharing a common passion.

However the true highlight came during the live 360 peer review, where we gathered around the table to offer each other honest, heartfelt feedback. This experience showed to me what makes this team truly exceptional: a shared vision, a sense of responsibility, and the authenticity to express ourselves openly. Everyone is driven by passion, trust, and the willingness to inspire each other, all while embracing inclusivity and simplicity in how to work.

In those moments, it was clear that we are not just a group of professionals - we are a united team committed to making a real difference in the world.
