1 年You start out mentioning hydro, but in your charts or looks like demand response might play an even bigger role in stability. I've wondered how flexible hydro really can be, because if it were to flex regularly between 100% and 0% output that would obviously have disastrous downriver effects. Are there general guidelines for that?
