Powerful statement reflection

I had the privilege of coaching a physician yesterday who is implementing boundaries well and leading in a way that feels authentic.
We can't make everyone happy all the time. You know I often discuss navigating all the demands put on your time, energy, and attention in a way that feels best for you, your family, your team, your patients, etc., may mean disappointing others. Accepting that is very freeing.
The physician recently led through some very challenging issues with a clear conscience. There was only one loud voice of dissension. And the powerful statement that the physician repeated to herself during each and every interaction:
"I can support their disappointment with compassion."
Powerful, right?!
She credits that statement with being able to remind kind and non-reactive yet stay the course.
What's a go-to statement you use?
Have a joy-filled day! Tonya
