Powerful lessons on how to Own Your Own Mind

1: Understand the immense power of the mind: The mind is a powerful tool that can be used to achieve great things or to create obstacles to success. Understanding the power of the mind is the first step to taking control of your thoughts, actions and life.

2: Develop the Power of Positive Self Talk: The practice of positive self-talk is often the process that allows you to discover the obscured optimism, hope, and joy in any given situation.

3. Cultivate a positive mindset: Making our self talk optimistic, the things we say to ourselves, the things we think in our own mines eye when were alone are critical when bringing about genuine action and change.? A positive mindset is essential for achieving success. When you focus on the good in your life and believe that you can achieve your goals, you are more likely to take action and overcome challenges.


4. Practice watching your thoughts: Our bodies respond to what we say, both externally, and internally. And our self-talk can wield a potentially dangerous power over our bodies and minds. Watching your thoughts is a powerful technique that can help you to achieve your goals. By watching your thoughts you achieving your goals, you can train your mind to believe that they are possible.

5. Understand the mind body connection: Our bodies respond to what we say, both externally, and internally. To say, “I am tired,” or “I am depressed,” doesn’t indicate a passing, temporary state. At least not to our minds. Our minds interpret such statements as a validation of self, an integral component of our identity.

6. Learn to control your thoughts & emotions: Thoughts and emotions can be a powerful force, but it is important to learn how to control them. When you are able to control your thoughts and emotions, you will be better able to make rational decisions and achieve your goals. So what’s the key to “rewiring your brain”... and (permanently) eliminating your negative thoughts?

7. Develop a gritty will: A gritty will is essential for achieving success. When you have a gritty will, you are able to persevere through challenges and achieve your goals.


8. Have Confidence & Believe in yourself: One of the most important things you can do is to believe in yourself and have confidence. When you believe in yourself, you are more likely to take action and achieve your goals.
