Being in relationship is being in the here and now with yourself. Only then can you be in relationship with everything and everyone else.
Relationships are within you.
Relationships happen with you.
Relationships happen through you.
You cannot be in relationship with anyone else without being in a relationship with yourself.
Being in a relationship with yourself means listening to your thoughts and beliefs. It is constantly observing what is happening within you and how this affects you, everything, and everyone around you.
Being in a relationship with yourself means being in the here and now, not letting your thoughts move you to the past or the future, and staying aware and loving what you are at any moment. It is to know that what you think you are is for you to unlearn and re-learn the potential you carry within through your relationship with who you are.
Being in relationship with yourself allows you to flow in freedom, letting your heart guide you and your mind become the servant of your heart.
You have come as a body and mind programmed to follow particular instructions. The connection with your heart frees you up to listen to your inner wisdom, which is nothing but your Higher Self guiding you.
There is no need to be with anyone else in relationship when being in a relationship with yourself.
But do not worry, my lovely friend, through this relationship with who you are, you instantly are in relationship with everything and everyone else.
Everything is entangled into Oneness by connecting to your heart.
This is the power in you.
This is your Power of Being.

It is Love that heals, and Love which brings about a deep sense of perfect relaxation, which in turn allows us to settle into the True Peace, which comes from realising our divine nature and surrendering to the Supreme. When strongly yoked in that all relationships are beneficent and blessed. ????
