During the past five years, Ms. Lyu?has gone from being a novice in the photovoltaic industry to being a manager, from pursuing hobbies to winning the speech contest. As the company's growth continues, she stated, "I am looking forward to learning new skills and enhancing my management skills, as well as helping other female colleagues grow as well, thereby advancing the company."

The frontline of the manufacturing factory: Yanmei Li

Yanmei Li, the Production Manager of the Module Production Department, joined DAS Solar at its inception and witnessed the rapid growth and breakthroughs of the company within just over five years while personally participating in them. It was five years ago when Ms. Li joined DAS Solar with just a handful of team members, and everything was still in the early stages of development. In the span of five years, DAS Solar has grown from a small team of a dozen people to a workforce of over 7,000, expanding from a single production line to now having more than ten manufacturing bases nationwide. Meanwhile, Ms. Li has progressively ascended from a frontline employee to a female department manager.
Yanmei Li is highly dedicated to her work. Positioned at the front line of production, she inevitably faces emergency situations. She consistently forgoes her personal rest time so that she can help her team resolve problems. Ms. Li faced a continuous stream of overseas orders and stringent entry requirements in 2023 as the company embarked on an international development strategy. In order to maintain the quality and quantity of shipments, Ms. Li led her team to work overtime and overcome challenges, resulting in flawless deliveries of every batch.

She was initially responsible for auxiliary tasks outside of the production line when she joined DAS Solar. With her proactive learning abilities, she gradually got involved with the production line itself. Despite not having a formal background in the PV field and lacking an understanding of equipment principles, Ms. Li diligently investigated the root causes of performance indicators or production problems whenever they occurred. She continually enhanced her ability to address and resolve problems swiftly by striving to understand the reasons and solutions.
It is Yanmei Li's responsibility as a department manager to enhance the quality of her team in addition to safeguarding production and leading by example. Thus, she places great importance on the dissemination and sharing of experience summaries, mobilizing and harnessing the collective strength of the team in order to improve the quality and efficiency of work.

Keeping a balance between work and family seems to be an ever-present challenge for women in the workplace, as they navigate between multiple roles.
