Around 15 years ago, my life was a far cry from where it is today. Bedridden and struggling to perform even the most basic tasks, I felt defeated. A shadow loomed over my existence, a constant reminder of my limitations. But then, I discovered yoga, and it became the catalyst for a transformation that would redefine my life.

Yoga wasn't just a physical practice for me; it was a path to self-discovery. It opened my eyes to the intricate connection between my body and mind, a connection I hadn't truly understood before. Yoga, in its essence, is the union of these two aspects of ourselves. It's a way of life, a philosophy that transcends the limitations of the physical mat.
