The Power of "Why?"
Nicole Rand MBA, CSP
?? Only for those destined for more: Spiritual guidance and empowerment for souls who have been undervalued personally and professionally; guiding them towards higher spiritual calling and awakening their true potential.
Children are notorious for constantly asking “why?”
They have an insatiable need to learning more, be more, understand more.?And we, as adults, tend to get annoyed at their prying.
Have you ever wondered why that is?
It is because they are challenging your understanding.?They are challenging you to dig deeper into your knowledge.?They want you to tell them about the root of the issue, not just the flowers.
When we are dealing with a constant barrage of questions, it tends to reveal our own insecurities.
But that is exactly what “Why?” is meant to do.?It is meant to challenge, and to seek a deeper understanding.
So, if we are getting annoyed at hearing this question repeated from children, then what do you think happens if we ask it of ourselves.
We hear a lot of gurus, coaches, influencers, managers, friends, and family all talk about finding your “why” these days.
But how do you start that journey??How to you take the steps that shine the light on that path?
It is an easy 4-step process.
Step #1:?Ask yourself, “Why you are feeling the way you do?”
Step #2: ?Answer the question in step #1.
Step #3: ?Repeat step #1 about the answer you found in step #2.
Step #4: ?Keep doing the above until you can’t dig any further.

This is a very easy process to understand, but it is a very difficult exercise.?Probably one of the most challenging things you can do.?But it is necessary to finding exactly what you are looking for.
When we dig deep, we uncover greatness.?When we uncover the greatness, we reveal our path to success.?When we walk our path to success, we become who we were always destined to become.
There is no more powerful question to ask yourself than “Why?”?Do not fear the answers but embrace their treasures.
