Asking questions is key to unlocking the potential in your business.
Some might say Why is an objective, defensive question but we think is a really powerful. So we ask it. A lot.
As children, we are encouraged to ask lots of questions to help us learn, discover and understand the world around us.
But as we get older something changes and we are made to feel as though asking lots of questions is a sign that we don’t know what we’re doing, that we can’t be given too much responsibility.

Why? We like asking lots of questions. It’s the only way we can truly understand how a business works. Why they operate in a certain way. How their processes have evolved over time. Are they restricted by a ‘We’ve always done it this way…’ mindset?
