This timeless wisdom has transformed the way I view waiting—not as wasted time but as a season of preparation and trust. Whether we’re waiting for a breakthrough in our careers, clarity in our leadership, or a personal answer to prayer, there’s immense value in embracing the process.

3. The Wait Produces Perspective
Times of waiting allow us to step back and see the bigger picture. It’s an opportunity to realign our goals, reflect on our progress, and trust that the right door will open when the time is right.
?As I work to grow as a leader, coach, and provider for my family, I’m reminded that the waiting season isn’t about inactivity but about preparation, faith, and trust in the process.
?To all who are in a waiting season, remember: growth is happening, even when it’s not visible yet.
