?? Make it easy to call back Clearly state your name, company, and phone number. Repeat your phone number at the end of the message to make it easy for them to call you back.

?? Follow up with an email After leaving a voicemail, follow up with an email that reinforces your message and provides additional context. This multi-channel approach increases your chances of getting a response.
