Flow isn’t just for athletes or creatives—it’s something we can all tap into to get more done, feel more accomplished, and actually enjoy the process. Here’s how you can set yourself up for flow this week:

  1. Set Clear Goals ?? Without clarity, your brain can’t focus. Get clear on what you need to achieve today. Write down those goals, even the small ones, and tackle them one by one.
