Power up your business in 2024

This is one of my favourite times of the year.

Not the busyness and “crazy season” stuff. I love looking back, celebrating wins, reflecting on how I moved through some wildly hard sh*t and deciding how I am bringing all my learning’s into the year ahead.

At the same time, is it just me… or did 2023 feel like the longest hangover ever ;)

The hangover from collectively going through a global health crisis, that led to a financial roller-coaster, that created conditions for separation and isolation, that fueled the Loneliness Epidemic (Gallop.com)

Did it often feel like too much?

So how do you move through the “too much” ?

By shifting your internal filter to ensure that you are consciously deciding on where you focus your time, energy and leadership.

What Vital Visionaries do really well is to:

1. Take a breath, a deep one.
2. Move into The Still Zone. This is where you ground and hold your centre, by releasing all of the external pressures and expectations. It’s where you show up for YOU.
3. Allow your brilliant unconscious mind to do its magic. The Still Zone is where you ask yourself a question then allow the ideas, guidance, insights to bubble up based on what you most need right now.

At this time of year I’ve been spending my time in The Still Zone deciding on 3 simple yet deeply meaningful words or phrases that will form the filter for my world in 2024.
