• The amazing thing is that we have the ability to harness our brain’s NEUROPLASTICITY and this has proven our brain is not hardwired and fixed but able to learn and change. We can thus change our activities and behaviors resulting in favorable improvements.
• We are cautioned to admit and understand the negative impacts of OXIDATION – INFLAMMATION AND TOXICITY which can prevent us having a healthy body.
• Our dietary intake has a large impact on our overall brain health. FASTING and CALORIE REDUCTION can have intense positive implications and benefits and when you add in exercise you have a trifecta.
• Each chapter highlights an actual CLIENT | PATIENT and it would not be a far stretch for any of us to see examples that we can relate to personally or of a family member or friend. Thereby, giving insights into ways to learn and grow.
• Chapter 13 includes “SHAMANIC EXERCISES” and provides 8 steps that are designed with a blend of Shamanic and Science enabling us to mold into our own lives.

?AUTHOR’S INTENT (in my humble opinion) was to bring together two fields of study that often are not in the same room or even agreement for that matter. They took their immense amount of knowledge in their particular areas of study along with their experiences, expertise and even client studies and in doing so discovered the Power of the Brian!

ACTION STEPS
