Power of "Trust in your People"

Power of trust can demystify the limits of performance, was a drawing board statement for me till now, I am truly amazed that tough situations along with a catalyst of “trust in your people” can turn the situation around. An organization where 1800+ people need two to three large screens to manages its niche operations in building and plant design automation, as well as aeronavigation, can achieve 95% work from home readiness and 110% productivity in these testing times. I never assumed that HR could play such a significant role in keeping people motivated and fear-free in such an unprecedented scenario. I never thought that such an elaborate and proactive BCP with more than 150 action items could even exist, forget about it being implemented in toto. While there are a lot of leaders who are using this opportunity to polish their brands over webinars, it is the MSME segment that has written the true underlining story.
