DAKAR 2025: FPT INDUSTRIAL IN THE SPOTLIGHT

What an incredible start to the new year!

FPT Industrial is back on the podium at the Dakar Rally! The 47th edition of the world’s toughest rally raid, Dakar 2025, has seen another amazing milestone added to our legacy. IVECO vehicles – powered by FPT Industrial’s engines and telematics system – absolutely dominated, taking nine of the top ten spots in the truck standings. As Exclusive Technical Partner, we were proud to support the de Rooy FPT teams, led by drivers Ale? Loprais, Vaidotas ?ala, and Anja Van Loon. Congratulations to all of them, who pushed the limits behind the wheel of the iconic IVECO Powerstar 2024/2025, powered by FPT Industrial’s CURSOR 13 engines.

ALE? LOPRAIS

Loprais, from InstaTrade Loprais Team de Rooy FPT, took third place in the final standings. He finished in the top three positions for eight out of the twelve stages, winning five of them.

Making his debut in the Trucks category, the new entry to Skuba Team de Rooy FPT achieved great results, finishing on the podium in six stages and securing his best overall placing in the Dakar.
