Whether you’re looking to switch industries or shift into a different role within your current field, your transferable skills can be the secret weapon that helps you stand out and make a successful transition. The concept of transferable skills has to be leveraged effectively, and strategies drawn to grab the attention of HR professionals and decision-makers to secure your dream role.
