The Power of Thoughtful Gestures

When I first joined Sify, one of the first emails I received was from the project management leader at the time. We hadn’t met in person, and I had no reason to expect a personal message from him. I assumed it was just a standard "welcome aboard" email, but even then, it made me feel special. I replied with a simple thank-you note, thinking little of it.

A few months later, on my birthday, I received another email—this time, a little more personal. Rajiv Jainn wished me a happy birthday but didn’t stop there. He went on to share a thoughtful note about my astrological sign and the traits associated with it. He spoke about the unique qualities of people born under that sign and what made them special. It wasn’t just a typical birthday message; it felt deeply personal.
