I completely agree with the power of tension in transforming workplace culture. When there is healthy tension, it can lead to innovation, growth, and improved decision-making. However, it's important to distinguish between healthy tension and toxic conflict. As leaders, we need to create an environment where healthy tension is encouraged and toxic conflict is addressed. This can lead to a more productive and positive workplace culture where employees feel valued and empowered to contribute their best work.
