It's a fact of life that busy directors and managers who operate in fast paced and high pressure environments can benefit from strategically positioned leadership and management support at key times.

I've witnessed many directors and managers grow personally by improving their emotional intelligence (an area of particular interest to me) and recognising how their feelings and emotions impact on their personal attitudes and importantly, judgements.
I've often found that by partnering leaders in key decision making, it enables them to adapt their thinking and actions in response to changing environments more effectively, helping them become more tolerant of others and receptive to new ideas and different points of view.
