The Power of Strategic Partnership

It's a fact of life that busy directors and managers who operate in fast paced and high pressure environments can benefit from strategically positioned leadership and management support at key times.

I've personally found that positioning myself in such a way that elevates and promotes others, is what makes my work satisfying. Partnering with leaders and managers as they deal with a variety of performance challenges, stakeholders, competing priorities and reporting in a structured and professional way, helps build confidence and develops capability over a shorter period of time.

I've witnessed many directors and managers grow personally by improving their emotional intelligence (an area of particular interest to me) and recognising how their feelings and emotions impact on their personal attitudes and importantly, judgements.

I've often found that by partnering leaders in key decision making, it enables them to adapt their thinking and actions in response to changing environments more effectively, helping them become more tolerant of others and receptive to new ideas and different points of view.

Having worked as a successful interim professional and more recently a strategic partner with a range of companies for over 20 years, I've learned through experience that I contribute best when my work involves:
