1 年Great timing, Charlie Van Derven. I'm signing up for a storytelling session that will happen in August. It took a while for me to get past the "but I'm a good writer" stage and into the "with storytelling, I could be a much much better writer" stage. At first glance, one might not see the value of storytelling in the financial service sector. But positioning it as a key to superior client service nails it.
