I remember when I was in 300L in university, there was a nationwide ASUU Strike so I volunteered to work for my mentor, who was a CEO of a large corporation.?

He was facing a major crisis, with the company on the verge of bankruptcy. Instead of hiding behind jargon and corporate speech, he gathered us and shared a personal story.

He told us about his own struggles, about the times he had faced failure and uncertainty. He shared his fears, his doubts, and his hopes. And then, he painted a picture of a brighter future, a future where the company would thrive, innovate, and succeed.

Even me that was just a volunteer staff was so pumped to work WITHOUT Salary. I mean the Story was that good.?
