I get it. You’re afraid. I’ve been there too—countless times. As a coach, I’ve heard this echoed in my sessions, from students, colleagues, friends, and within myself.
“The start is what stops most people!”
is a common refrain. We befriend fear, letting it settle in, creating an illusion so powerful that it becomes our excuse for staying stuck.

But here's the truth: fear is merely that—an illusion. It’s not the obstacle itself but the side effect of standing still, keeping us from the life we desire. Whether you're facing a significant change—loss, a career shift, or a personal transformation—fear can leave you feeling overwhelmed and uncertain. And it's okay to feel that way.
