The power of speaking your truth

True story: At 30 years old, in a doctor's office, I was asked a life-changing question that required an immediate, honest answer.

"Do you want to have children?"

In that moment, facing a potential health crisis, my truth came out clear and strong. No hesitation. No doubt. Just clarity.
