Coach's Notes
Are we really still talking about AI?
Yes!! But it’s less buzz-wordy in 2025 and here's my POV on how you should be thinking about it.
If you’re like me and others you probably spent a lot of 2024 thinking about how to incorporate AI into your sales strategy and may have wondered if there was some magic tool that others were using and you weren’t.
We heard about AI replacing humans, AI spam cannon SDRs, AI this, AI that and the reality of it all is that there is no “one shoe fits all” with AI tech.

Instead of thinking about where to fit a puzzle piece that wasn’t part of the original puzzle pack, think about the maturity point of your business and where it's needed the most.
For example if you’re a startup, your CRM data is messy, and you’re not entirely sure what your ICP/ Target account list is, looking at AI 1st party signal tools is probably a bad idea.
Because if I learned one thing in 2024 AI is only as good as the data you're feeding it, and if that's bad… you’ve heard the phrase sh*t in sh*t out.
Now if you’re that same startup and have a really small GTM team, you have a strong understanding of the problem you solve, you can tell an amazing customer story and you have good conversion rates, honestly an AI tool that can help amplify the amount of outreach your small team can do could be HUGE for your business.
The moral of this speech is take a deep, long hard look at your business's maturity and determine the most logical problem AI could help with and identify that use case.
Now look for AI tech that only helps in that facet and go from there.
Hit me up to walk through an AI maturity test if you need help, I'm here!
Happy selling gang!
