1 年Companies like to talk the talk on innovation but they can’t walk the walk as EQ is not a priority in big companies, so long as you meet the next set of kpis . But true innovation happens outside in little companies or SMEs where EQ has more chance of being facilitated until the big companies get involved and then it’s back to business as usual and f… EQ and back to following the kpi treadmill. This is based on my experience having worked in big and small companies and seen the bs that gets bandied around innovation and how to ‘encourage’ innovation.

1 å¹´I like your sentence more than the famous one you shared. My doubt is: how many times a recruiter write something about it the her request? How many times we wrote something about our EQ capabilities in our CV? I mean if we care about EQ and I care, why I'm not pushing for it? I know sometimes good recruiters use challenging question to prove your EQ, but I'm not reinforcing it...
